A selection of four hot and four cold will be served with dinner packages incorporating pre dinner drinks and finger food, and a broad selection of the listed items will be served for a cocktail party. Cocktail items may be altered slightly depending on seasonal availability

Ø    Smoked Salmon parfait on cottage cheese Blini
